Worst work life balance.Managers don't know how to handle juniors.Being a reputed cmmi level 5 company way of working is like a company in a 1bhk flat. Basically the ITD section is the worst division.Full of incompetent managers.Rather than work only politics happens.

At the time of hiring , they say its a long term project and although its short term for only 3 months and after that they put you in bench and within 2 months you will be directly out of the company as per there policy. they don't have much projects as well, so within 2 months of time also u cannot go into any project.
