Not that great on work life balance as management were not that great. Old style manufacturing matality and due to management failures they force employees to work in the weekends to meet the deliverables.

In pandemic era, you would expect your company to support you , but Our company cut down the allowances and reduced our salary by 16% minimum . While TCS gives 2 times hike in this tough circumstances , our company tends to give none and can take out whatever is left from us

Above is the truth that is being shared . No offense to anyone , it is just the mental stress that is given by our employer during covid19 pandemic made me to type this. It has nothing good in it to share here , since it has extracted every possible penny from its own employees every possible way

They are not supportive at all. Forcing employees to come and work from office even when its unsafe. Very bad work environment and culture. Management is the worst part. All they care about is client and money
