They are encouraging wfh to the extent possible and ensuring safety of employees throughout this pandemic situation. There have been no scenarios of reduced salary and infact we have appraisal lined up.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. There is consistent extension of work apart from regular timings. Calls have been scheduled in unofficial time. Needs extension of work on weekends.

Excellent platform to learn and enrich our skills set and knowledge. There has been big learning from seniors but the work life balance is poor.
