ITC has some core principles which the senior Management believes in, and they follow that. They are not only profitable but keep a good care of their employees. They really are LEED Platinum certified hotels, waste is recycled, water is reused, trainings are given for keeping the environment green and clean. They hire really goodpeople and pay them good too, so work environment is one of the best comparable to the Oberoi group of Hotels. The department HODs are generally suoportive and approachable. Dislikes

Equal opportunities and treatment not provided to the employees on unit pay roll. Salaries wouldn't come on time, less monetary benefits to count few. There's a divide amongst ITC payroll employees and unit payroll ones. The divide is not created by the staff there, but I believe by the senior management only. Growth opportunities are not provided through fast track leadership development programs. A lot of focus is on guest and their demand which would sometime make the employees pressured and unhappy....Read More
