Work-life Balance is poor, Management is not taking up initiative to motivate employees, every single person (even an associate) needs an assistant with them (trainees)

Work Details

There's no set off for the week, you will not get time for your loved ones, your whole work culture will force you to work for 12-14 hours a day.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
