There is not a single thing to like about. They will lie to you. If they hired you for a technology eg:python, then you are definitely not going to work on Python. They don't have any permanent HR. They have one on the part time basis and she won't talk to you during your office period.

Dislikes

No working culture, No skills enhancement, Owner looks for their on benefits, they don't think about employees growth. The owner once litellary told me that he thinks about their own benefits. They will threat you, pressurise you. You will feel depressed

Poor company policies and no any job security these are share only one mail suddenly and terminate the employee any time . This company will destroy your career.
