I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Itflex good for fresher who don't know coding.Good for who wants to work on multiple frameworks.(But you cant master it any one).

Dislikes

Basic salary was starts with 4000rs.its very very low. Its not enough for your petrol. They dont provide any Snacks, Tea, in your break time you need to some Kms to drink tea. Before go break you should put message to TL. After back you need tell. They will never give good Hike. If plan to resign then they will give you Hike. They dont follow any industry coding standards. They only focus on complete functionality as of now. They don't discuss about planning. Notice period was 60 days usually. But they will accept your resignation after a month. So you will work for 3 months. If ready relive after getting hike.. They won't give the that hike amount on your notice period....Read More
