If you are aligned with a good client somehow you will manage things but if you didn't get a good client please kido resign, prepare for a better organization they will harass you mentally so bad and lastly put you in that sort of situation where they will ask you to leave.

Management would not support you not even the senior managers or regional manager. They will act nice but they are just busy in making money, pampering clients and on any situation you are going to be the culprit they would not confront client in any way if there are certain issues.

Some basic things * Cab Facility , They are asking us to cover a distance of 1.5 KM everyday at the time of pick up even though we are paying for the service which is pathetic, its getting deducted from our salary.
