Work life balance for leadership needs to be take care of. Since it is a data management company, implications on data destruction can be fatal. Should be very very careful in each transaction falling the which can lead to serious implications on the job, anyday and anytime. No compromises there.

I disliked a Contract staff. I also work there as contract staff. We Hope every contract staff on work there they will permanent after certain time.
