No salary hike Partiliaty with contract employees No perks n benefits are same with payroll employees Payroll have a good hike as par market value and govt norms but contract employees have no values if they work hard and smart also. Plus there is a cluster manager in bhiwandi named clint hilton he is harassing manager never got found red handed luckily but harassing a lot, he is doing cheap things like joining anyones name to any female by just seeing their good bonding he himself telling everyone that she or he having an affairs because he himself haves alot of affairs just because he make other females majboor to do else he will somehow fire them. His cheap work is drinking with down the line people and sits with them after drinking and doing cheap talks about girls with junior employees, he do lot of favorism with his spoon feeding employees and who licks his feet. No likes even I had a very worst experience on the interview I had given for this company. Recruiters are completely useless and mangers thinks like they are GOD when taking interviews, showing full attitude and rude behaviour…don’t expect any respect from them.

I got an interview call from the HR named “Deeksha Ladkani” for this company and there were 3 rounds- first was HR self intro and remaining 2 manger rounds. After all these rounds been completed, I was waiting for the positive feedback from them as I did well in these rounds. Then 1 week over, I didn’t got anything hear back from them..so I made a call to my recruiter “Deeksha Ladkani” and what I heard from her is what shocked me as she told “They have already selected another candidate” and when I asked any feedback was shared she told feedback mentioned by Manager named “Vishal Suvarna” was that “I will be suitable for other role”. So when I asked which role he mentioned “she don’t have any answer for that” and she completely ignored me telling my profile is there on their database and will further contact me for any suitable job and rudely ended the call. Which is complete nonsense and ridiculous to treat an experienced candidate. Nowadays, companies like this choosing candidates based on recommendations or either by the WOMEN’S beauty, no value for skills or experience. So please reconsider attending interviews on such a worst company like this and be safe from such fraud companies....Read More

Worst company. 90% people would have never heard about this company. Senior employees get all sorts of support from manager but not new employees. An employee named Sweta Kumari has ruined the reputation of the company by treating her teammates like maids. Just because of one person entire team gets bad name.

Dislikes

One teammate named Sweta Kumari is the main culprit for people to resign. This makes us to think about referring any new employees to company. Complaining against senior agent doesn't help any new employee.
