nothing the work culture is terrible even i worked for almost 24 hours in continuous sitting my legs were paining and i was feeling like i was in hell. they pressurise employees to do unnecessary reporting and they are not having any proper system in place to do the task in simple ways. all the things are over complecated without reason and full of politics. people are staying there so they can get food in the night because if you work till the night they will give you food. I am strictly against this kind of mentality. there was no work life balance and you will reach home like everyday 10 / 11 / 12 in the midnight because the quantum of unneccesary work is so much that you have to sit there and complete in pressure of deadline. hiring and firing is prominent. no job security. no work culture. no work life balance. all 7 days working 5 days from office 2 days from home because you will be given that amount of work. They will waste your time in unfruitfull meetings in the whole day and expect you to work after meeting get over in the same day eventually you end up working till the night. they mentioned 9-5 job in the offer letter but there is no check in check out system because you will work far more than what is as per the law and what is required. My experience was really bad and i don't want that someone's enemy also will get a job there. Even after reading my points if you are joining then be prepared for cutting off from your family completely in a very bad way for money.
