The place provides non-toxic work environment. Team mates are good and friendly. Colleagues are professional and technically sound.

Dislikes

The place doesn't provide fair compensation. People are highly underpaid. There is no work life balance. The organisation doesn't give any variable bonus or any sort of perks or bonuses throughout the year. Employees of project teams are overburdened and ghe senior management refuses to acknowledge the same when communicated.

There is no work life balance. The HR is not sensitive to employee needs and requirements. Employees don't get any positive response towards requests even during sensitive times like COVID.
