The company is very good. Giving so much opportunity to learn. Work culture is really great, everyone is helping each other just like the way it should be. Management is also very good, keeping all of us motivated for coming to office at time and improve every day.

Dislikes

Yes , I feel like some politics is going on here. Job security also at some point its not there. Salary is just like written in offer letter but that salary is not enough to be honest for Bangalore. Besides all these facts, this company is very good.

A few points can be mentioned; 1. The cab management system is good. I feel safe and comfortable traveling in a cab every day because even without an escort, just with the belief of a driver, I am travelling around 30 Kms every day. Kudos to the team. 2. The work environment is good. I feel elated to work with my teammates as they all are helpful and our manager is protective of our team.

Dislikes

If a childcare system is established in the office, it might be well and good for parents like me. Apart from this suggestion, there is nothing much to be specific about dislikes.

I was forced to drop papers since the shifts and schedule was biased by the MOD. My tl was bit okay but still if he wanted could have worked on this issue. No intervention of the HR what so ever. I could have stayed and applied for IJP. Week off was constant for few people and the only reason was those agents were friends with the MOD and TL. More over 6th day and 10hrs shift was mandatory and not optional. Even if we work OT I was told Since u did not complete 10 hours and a lag of 1-2 minutes I wont get the pay. We could had have technical issue so that is not considered only. I dropped the papers since I was cornered because I asked the above mentioned issue to the TL. Even a small mistake in the process was portrayed as a big one. For example if the same mistake was done by some other expert it was ignored. I could only tell this now as I have dropped.
