The fact that we had a chairman -MD with an experience of 30 years itself is an inspiration. He showers people with his guidance and wisdom through his leadership. I still remember the time when our team was struck on a project, he took a personal interest and gave us practical advice which turned things around.

People are kind-hearted. I remember one critical release where everyone, juniors and seniors alike worked together for a common cause. The way my senior guides me has been helpful. It's a place where you can definitely get a decent and valued work exposure. Just be eager to take on challenges and be steady with your performance. Always try to give your best, if you think you need help, ask the seniors around you, they will guide you without any hesitation. Just keep up with your level of performance, it's all that is needed here.
