The best thing about this place is the work life balance. It's because everything is well planned, and we all work in an organized manner. Sometimes, we have to alter our schedule considering clients' needs, but the rest of the time, it's all well planned and disciplined schedule. Most importantly, the facilities and budget are perfect for in-depth research, which aids me in doing detailed studies and experiments. Experimenting with different procedures is something I like since it offers me insightful experience and also gives me confidence in my process. For example, the well-equipped lab helped me work out complex trails to a great degree

The fact that we had a chairman -MD with an experience of 30 years itself is an inspiration. He showers people with his guidance and wisdom through his leadership. I still remember the time when our team was struck on a project, he took a personal interest and gave us practical advice which turned things around.

Recommended! Recommended! Recommended! Being a fresher, it’s my very first company. I love the atmosphere of this place. People are good. Seniors are thoughtful. They do not lay any sort of pressure on me. They give me time to understand things and work patiently as it’s all new to me. I am just so happy. Guys, definitely consider this place, if you’re a fresher.

The Maternity leave policy here is superb, as it gives women protected time to nurse their newborn or newly adopted children. Moreover, there is a canteen with a comfortable space to relax and eat healthy food for safe health. When one of my colleagues returned from maternity leave, she appreciated how the company supported her during her maternity process

People are kind-hearted. I remember one critical release where everyone, juniors and seniors alike worked together for a common cause. The way my senior guides me has been helpful. It was not only about the project, it seemed they had a personal interest in my growth.This made me feel more confident and improved me a lot professionally. A few things I need to highlight I appreciate the dynamic reporting system Women's safety I held a top priority No stress travel experience is in fact s strong benefits. I mean , it saves so much energy every day I remember once that I had to work late, accordingly they arranged for safe transport back home. It's a place where you can definitely get a decent and valued work exposure. Just be eager to take on challenges and be steady with your performance. Always try to give your best, if you think you need help, ask the seniors around you, they will guide you without any hesitation.
