it takes place in an unbiased manner and on a timely basis. deserving are given good salary and hikes. individuals are approachable and there is open-door kind of culture. seniors are welcome to constructive discussions and ideas. we as colleagues help each other as far as possible. great place!

On both these front I am satisfied that is. Canteen is gud where you get to relax while having tasty food. The price of food also not very much costly. Transportation solving many of the problem like not needing to drive, getting some sleep time while the commuting.

The biggest advantage of living in this city is that it is very low-cost city. Recommended! Recommended! Recommended! Being a fresher, it’s my very first company. I love the atmosphere of this place. People are good. Seniors are thoughtful. They do not lay any sort of pressure on me. They give me time to understand things and work patiently as it’s all new to me. I am just so happy. The Maternity leave policy here is superb, as it gives women protected time to nurse their newborn or newly adopted children. Moreover, there is a canteen with a comfortable space to relax and eat healthy food for safe health. When one of my colleagues returned from maternity leave, she appreciated how the company supported her during her maternity process

Team work is encouraged here. We all work in collaboration with good understanding. The best part is we all help out each other in each other's tasks.
