One of the worst companies in the world. Ruby and Abi akka two women run the organization, Ruby name sake hr she doesnt know anything about hr, no idea about policies, no idea about appraisals, she changed whole organization appraisal to april. Abi akka if she decides then who ever it may be they will tell harrassment and they will terminate the employee no matter it may be hr manager or employee with 10 years experience. she knows when ceo comes, where he goes, why he didnt come, including Anu maam and ceo property n shares issues and she tells to managers and alerts them. Another HR doesnt know english and wont write any emails. He was surviving because of Ruby, and now we have HR manager most of them dont know he is the manager I got to know recently about this manager when was checking about leaves and he dono whom to ask and how to find out pending leaves....Read More

The most important part of the company is the working environment, I have experienced immense support from their end. SEO Manager Mr. Vijay sir is a friendly person, he will always guide you personally. TL & other team members are superb & helpful by nature. I would highly suggest to everyone to work here. They first make you feel you are nothing, then what ever idea you give will automatically become their idea of execution. Basically a trial and error. In trial if your idea is good, they steal your idea and will hire someone and say your idea is worst.
