Ruby and Abi akka two women run the organization, Ruby name sake hr she doesnt know anything about hr, no idea about policies, no idea about appraisals, she changed whole organization appraisal to april. Abi akka if she decides then who ever it may be they will tell harrassment and they will terminate the employee no matter it may be hr manager or employee with 10 years experience. she knows when ceo comes, where he goes, why he didnt come, including Anu maam and ceo property n shares issues and she tells to managers and alerts them. Another HR doesnt know english and wont write any emails.
