1) No projects 2)startup and demanding single client 3) Resources are forced to work at least 11 hrs a day. 4) No policies for managing rude uncultured client 5)Frequent leave cancellations , no compensation and overtime 6)Resources are generally exhausted. And If client complains then resources are released. 7) Have mentality of daily wage worker

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
