In office politics is very much, there is favoritism done as well by the upper management people, people in the upper management abuse and talk foul to their juniors after drinking in parties, Leads and managers are not much talented and have lesser knowledge and company gives relief to them of working flexibly but not to everyone. Off-sites are very bad and just for manipulating people.

Earlier I have nothing to dislike but within one year there are alot of changes in company Policy also in my team there are some partiality I have observed. Also some descision taken care of company growth actually leading to fall for company.

What I would like to address about the things I like in In Time Tec is its open environment. No matter who you want to talk to, every individual is just a text away, irrespective of the designation. People are friendly and willing to help at any level.
