During my tenure, the then management was cooperative and positive minded.
Dislikes
Company stopped growing and had to close all departments except one and down it's main office. By the time I left company shifted to a new location, in a smaller office with only a handful of employees.

My work was interesting and satisfying. I was looking after HR operations. It was a new field for me to explore.

It was a good company to work with.But there was a lay off and many people lost there job so as me.But the people were good and process was excellent.

Low skilled management. Lot of politics.
Dislikes
Low skilled management. CEO has no knowledge about basic stuff like working on Excel sheet. He promotes fraud things and is low in integrity.
