Job security is good, work culture depends on your department, management depends on the manager at a given field site and policies are both organizational and employees' friendly.

Few teammates are not friendly, training is not always external, job security is average, career development is limited to certain level of education background, salary is not in correspondence with the work load as there is always high work load, learning in health diversity is minimal, workenvironment is only on average, no room for innovation and work-life balance is only fair</mark>....Read More

Work Details

My work is generally not bad though the only challenge is that I have to move through two settlements to cover up to 11 healthcare facilities which are all far apart to be covered within 5 days since my project currently is more of system strengthening.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
