Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Open door policy. Good learning. Good increments.

Dislikes

No new technologies to work with, company is dependent on all free tools available in the market. Too biased, though manager recognises hard work, but top management doens't. Company takes care of employees who are there with the company for years even if they do not work at all. But for someone who works their hass off, its no place to be.
