There is no proper hike and management believes in build-ups. If you are vocal and lucky enough to pleased your manager you will get promoted. HR is not that supportive.

Open door policy. Good learning. Good increments.

Dislikes

No new technologies to work with, company is dependent on all free tools available in the market. Too biased, though manager recognises hard work, but top management doens't. Company takes care of employees who are there with the company for years even if they do not work at all. But for someone who works their hass off, its no place to be.
