Communicating with client to know the requirement will help us in future as a fresher .

Working in intense is fine ..but people there will feel like they are genius ,untill we don't know whats going on there we didn't keep on track some time .it will take time for freshers ,they don't respect freshers ,for me some time I feel like it is not a good start . If you work in development is then it is fine .don't expect high salary here .

The environment that is provided by the company for each and every employee was so good and the best part was there is a great opportunity to learn from seniors who are very helpful in each and every aspect to deal with it.caree growth wise we can get a chance to keep growing in the same company if we are interested in learning and taking up the responsibilities.

Dislikes

The things which are uncomfortable was working at late hours which is totally depended on the deliverables.which is very common in every company and if transportation facility is provided for the people who are coming from far away would be helpful because there is little transportation problem especially for girls.

I used to work on deliverables that need to be provided to the client on time.my work is take the requirement from the client and design accordingly with all requirements and get configured them in the template and delivery it to the client..
