Culture of the employees and job satisfaction also job security. Also, company started tech enabled services, which likes more to learn the new technologies also helps for career growth.

Dislikes

Management should get the projects much more with direct contacts instead depends on Service providers, this will provide more growth also the revenue wise. Revenue wise, management should think about their customers to renew the price ratings instead keeping the rates are standard for years or decades.

Looking for a fresher opening - searching for a job, After serving for almost 15 years Sr are forcing me to leave the job, reason not performing, not supportive, not a team player, making a sile mistake. But they do not think for other side, Working at the same designation for 8 + years, in that one I got best performance of the year, almost 2nd highest in no of case review high sanction ratio, but never get appreciation, recognition, Now at the age of 47, searching for a new job and facing problems because of Age, designation and package.
