Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Solutions Architect/Consultant to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex data solutions, particularly in the areas of Master Data Management (MDM), Customer Data Platform (CDP) migrations, and data quality frameworks.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Architecture

- Design and implement enterprise-wide data architecture solutions that align with business objectives

- Lead technical strategy for data quality initiatives, MDM implementations, and CDP migrations

- Develop roadmaps for data modernization initiatives and legacy system transitions

- Create and maintain data governance frameworks and best practices

Solution Design & Implementation

- Architect end-to-end data solutions incorporating MDM, CDP, data warehousing, and data lakes

- Design data quality frameworks and implementation strategies

- Lead technical implementation of data integration patterns and ETL/ELT processes

- Develop reference architectures for various data scenarios and use cases

Consulting & Leadership

- Provide technical consultation to stakeholders on data architecture best practices

- Lead discovery workshops to gather requirements and define solution approaches

- Mentor technical teams on data architecture principles and best practices

- Create and present technical proposals and solutions to executive stakeholders

Technical Expertise

- Drive data quality assessment and improvement initiatives

- Implement master data management solutions and data governance frameworks

- Lead CDP platform migrations and integrations

- Design data modeling solutions for various business domains

- Establish data security and privacy controls

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

- 15+ years of experience in data architecture and solutions design

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with MDM implementations

- Proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale data projects

Technical Skills

- Expert knowledge of data modeling techniques (dimensional, relational, NoSQL)

- Extensive experience with major MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, IBM MDM, etc.)

- Proficiency in CDP platforms (Segment, Tealium, Adobe, etc.)

- Strong understanding of data integration patterns and ETL/ELT processes

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Knowledge of data governance tools and frameworks
