JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Postgres experience of at least 2-3 years, should have OPS experience and must have worked on performance optimization.

- Expertise in SDLC from analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance with timely delivery against aggressive deadlines.

- Extensive experience in using database tools like Postgresql, SQL-PLUS, SQL, TOAD and PL/SQL.

- Actively involved in Project Execution Process, Coding Standards and Best Practices.

- Strong knowledge and experience developing PL/SQL Stored procedures, Functions, Packages, Database Triggers, Cursors, Exception Handlers and Dynamic SQL.

- Strong knowledge and Experience in Collections, Records and Object Types.

- Identifying performance bottlenecks for PL/SQL applications using DBMS

- Strong knowledge and Experience in optimize performance for PL/SQL applications using Bulk Collect, FORALL, Bulk Bind and Bulk Exception handling.

- Extensive experience in Performance Tuning and Query Optimization using Explain Plan and re-designing of poorly designed process flow of data.

- Extensive experience in SQL-LOADER to Load Data from flat files into Tables and External Tables.

- Involved in error tracking and troubleshooting complex product issues using various debugging techniques.

- Developing and implementing MongoDB queries.

- Monitoring performance and optimizing query response times.

- Mentoring and training other developers on MongoDB best practices.

- Code versioning tools like Git, SVN, and Mercurial. Ability to configure schema and MongoDB data modeling.

- Experience in Database security management.

- Knowledge of MongoDB administration and installation in AWS and Red Hat.

- In-depth understanding of MongoDB architecture.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience :

- 2-3 years of PostgreSQL experience, including OPS and performance optimization.

- Proficiency in PostgreSQL, SQL, and PL/SQL.

- Experience with database tools like SQL-PLUS, TOAD.

- Strong knowledge of stored procedures, functions, triggers, and dynamic SQL.

- Experience in MongoDB query development and optimization.

- Understanding of schema design and data modeling

- Hands-on experience with Git, SVN, or Mercurial.

- Experience in all SDLC phases - design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Familiarity with coding standards, debugging, and troubleshooting techniques.
