Intense IP is the career disaster company. If you want to build your career in Intellectual Property Right then better not to join Intense IP. This company will give you 0 knowledge because their seniors als have 0 knowledge regarding IP. Their seniors and so called team leaders will play politics against you as they are jealous of everyone. You will not get to learn anything in Intense IP.

Dislikes

Everything which compromises office culture. I dislike the seniors and team leaders over there. I dislike the quality of training that is provided by seniors over there. I dislike the politics that is played against every new employee over there. Instead of making a new person actually learn and teach things about IPR, this factor is absolutely 0. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
