Almost all of the Colleagues are very Friendly.

Dislikes

Salary Structure is poor and needs a lot of improvement. Salary is low and there is also a deduction system, that can take away half of your incentive.

No..because Job security 0% your job depends on your work quality and huge target given by TL and Managers.

Dislikes

If you not Complete your target till office time you give extra time in office. And office environment is so abusive. Most important if you not OUT OF QC managers TERMINATE you.
