-Company's culture got toxic after they fired 10-12 employees without any prior notice. -For Juniour employees, appraisal month will start 9 months after completing 4 months as GTE and another 4 months probation. I. Total around 17 months. If you are a applying as Junior employee, ask them the month of appraisal and better to include same in contract. -No Overtime compensation. Only leaves known as Comp off leaves which will have a validity of 60 days. Better to never work Overtime. - Very hard for junior employees in terms of salary and appraisals. -Company's policy will start working against you once youg resign. First of all, they will block the salary of the month you resign. Will promise to get all dues cleared by a week or two after the last day, but it will take around 5-6 weeks to clear all dues and documentation.
