Nothing to like here except wfh that to you will get frustrated by seating at home after certain point of tjme.

No referral bonus, no retention bonus, no Diwali bonus, no joining bonus, poor appraisal when you have 70-80% cost-saving business model, lots of discrimination, place to work for chatu employees, poor management, not even a single meet up in 5 year when you will ask budget issue. For onsite opportunities only favouritism works here. No extra benefit except wfh.
