Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle PBCS solutions for clients.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Build and maintain complex PBCS applications, including metadata design, planning forms, validations, business rules, integrations, workflows, security configurations, reports, and automated backups.
- Possess a strong functional understanding of PBF processes to effectively configure and customize the application.
- Integrate PBCS with other EPM and source/target systems using FDMEE, ODI, and data management tools.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including test scripts, integration configuration documents, and user manuals.
- Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal application functionality.
- Deliver user training and provide ongoing support to ensure client success.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (project managers, business analysts) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors).
- Travel to client locations within the GCC region as project needs dictate (prior experience a plus).
Qualifications & Skills :
- 8+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (E/PBCS).
- 6+ successful end-to-end E/PBCS implementations.
- Proven experience leading solution design and guiding project teams.
- In-depth technical knowledge of Oracle PBCS, including application creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation rules, business rules, integrations, workflow and security configurations, reporting, and backup automation.
- Functional understanding of Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting (PBF) processes.
- Expertise in integrating E/PBCS with other EPM and data sources using FDMEE, ODI, and data management tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create clear and concise project documentation, including test scripts, user guides, and configuration documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (financial formulas and spreadsheet creation) and presentation tools (PowerPoint).
- Confident and assertive personality with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel for long or short periods within the GCC region (prior experience a plus).
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred (MCA accepted).
Bonus Points :
- Knowledge of other EPM modules (EPM Planning and Budgeting, EPM Profitability and Cost Management, EPM Account Reconciliation).
- Experience working in the GCC region.
- Certifications in Oracle Cloud (EPM or Cloud)
