Job security. That's basically it.

Dislikes

Worst work life balance. One would be required to forego health, sleep, weekends and family. That's the work culture and the HR feels foolishly proud of it. Very poor delegation. Best resources get deployed on pathetic projects which affects mental health resulting in highest attrition in the company. Demotivating leadership. The VPs and SVPs are total misfits to the positions.
