Saturday working unoficial but no overtime, not mentioned in documents. Documents only Monday to Friday working. Payslip only Monday to Friday working. Some thing happened recently. Mobile is strictly not allowed for the executive and her parents expired in house. neighbour tried contatcting user in the night but phone was ringing in the locker. when they tried to call the person in integrity her parents were alive but they had to rush them to hospital. The time she entered house she found a crowd standing inside and outside of house. She couldn't find out how this thing happened. They died due to attack her dad got an attack and her mother tried to contact her daughter working in integrity but she didn't receive the calls it was locker. She contacted the neighbours and they tried to take hm to the hospital. the time they reached hospital uncle was dead. They still took him inside and when aunty heard the news she was unconscious and she expired as her heartbeat stopped. Daughter was depressed still in shock. Saturday working unofficially but no overtime and not in documents, documents and payslip show only Monday to Friday working. Managers need to understand and support the employees. Users in senior post and Team Lead should have phone with them so they can get information about people working under them. People will not understand these thing till it does not happen to them and their family. If these type of case happens again and again then no one will join or continue to work here. nothing i like about this company. I'm giving advice to all that never join or apply to this company.

I dislike all things apart from this company. i'm saying that this company was fooling us . i'm shareing myn experience about that company . (As an fresher). They were taking first inertview round then they select the candidate, after that they sending an email like you are selected / or (givine E- offer letter ) . next process is that they conduct the induction programme , then they giving a shock they were also taking the classes for 3-4 days after that they giving assessment test in that test we have to perform well. after that they taking interview round again . they say supposed to be say that you are not selected . after joinng the company and work for them.
