I had worked for 2 tenures with IWS and both the times i had a good experience with IWS, personally and professionally.

Dislikes

No training for the employees were provided. Recruited us and directly send us to the customer location, no temporary accommodation was provided during my visit to mumbai for joining IWS. I had faced a lot of issue, as that was the first time i've been to mumbai and i feel nervous until i met my colleagues at office.

Very bad as they are a staffing solutions and will hire you for another company on contract and if the company decides to not continue they will not get you another project nor will put you on bench. Job security is zero
