-"Great place for work" title is fabricated. -Increament is not being provided on time (company giving increment on September instead of April). -post will be provided only after 3 years and only if HOD and HR wants to. -They hire you to do something else work , but transfers and change your job profiles and work locations as per their requirements. -Work culture is bad (Heavily pressurized). -Food quality is not good. -Work life balance is very poor, due to less manpower. -Admin and HR team is Not supportive, they are even not interested in answering you, if you have something to ask them. -HR team will work for you only till successfully handover you to department, after that they have no buisness with employee. -Security personnel having too much freedom, they behave very badly and rude with employee....Read More

This is very worst company I have not seen. Engineer are flustered kindly do inquiry before to join.

Last 3 yr there are 22 engineering left the job and I am 23rd due to toxic culture in instruments engineering dept which was created by senior manager Manager are forcing to doing 16 hr job if you denied he would threating for leftover. Request to before to joined pls do inquiry

Employee increments are less and as a intasian we have to protect our brands from small companies,they giving cash without taxes and taking 1:2 business once commitment over repeating services and comparatively small companies are giving more schemes, here we need to give schemes otherwise employees moving to other campanys,one more thing price very high compared to other companies,

Manager forcing to 12 hours work every day. You are sandwich between lower staff to upper management because union of lower staff. No body support you in last six months 20 engineering employee (Officer to assistant manager) left due to toxic work culture.

Company is good. One can stay for a longer period, sales pressure is there but company supports .

Dislikes

Politics and lobby is very much. Promotions are very slow so you won't get motivated after some point of time. Salary appraisal is not that much exciting.
