Talent is no matter at that time only consider that any girl who is promoting by us, is the setting of any staff? Do any Quality, operations or from any staff love that girl? If yes, then there would only be formalities of interview that girl definitely selected. I left this job only because of this reason that a girl promoted in QA profile only because of setting of senior QA. Also, my supervisor was learning to a girl about MS Excel, making reports and analyzing them because he loves her.
