I worked as a sales executive deputed to Axis Bank for two years and faced challenges with the HR team during that time. Despite my efforts over one and a half years to update my email ID, there was no proper response to salary-related queries, and I often felt a lack of respect. 1. No on time salary for sure. 2.No leave balance will be you have to work all day. 3. No yearly hike or bonus till I stay or die. 4.No HR is supportive, they don’t respond to mail or calls, busy in spoiling others career. 5. They deduct 4K from your salary for leave enchantment and if you even take single leave they will deduct onF&F, 6.they charge 400, 200 Rs Background verification charges every month no body knows why? 7. They deduct 4-5 k for insurance which again from our salary sadly. 8. I saw ppl working on Saturday and Sunday too but no pay, no use of comp off too, 9. Site management is good - very cooperative - good training held by birla opus about equipment maintenance and some training held by quess on safety related and behaviour base training from head office - accomodation is good - transportation facility is excellent . Shift rotation is here.

Quess top management is very poor - they are very slow to solving problem of sites .

Quess don't give any kind of benefits or salary hikes. Quess HR's are worst people I have seen so far. They respond to your issue but solution cannot be guaranteed.

9*6 work time, only 1 leave per month then how you use it its your problem sick or casual or else. 3 months notice period. no systematic work, salary is not sufficient, company only works for money. company don't care about their employees. if you want to talk for something only they use to say talk with that one every one is talking like that.
