I work in the ESG team. Very good work culture. Work life balance is one of the best. good Salary hike given on new hire, but yearly appraisals are less than 10% on average. Not much learning opportunities but work is good and bosses are not micro managing.

The Mumbai office is run by old school mentality with politics deep rooted in the organization. The HR head manipulates people and dirty politics are used to keep their hold in the company.
