There is huge garden and superb canteen.

Every year unachievable turn over targets and if it seems we going close they increase it at any time. And increament are given only on basis of 100% turn over targets achieved. Job security is zero. Owner running business. You can not oppose anything wether you are comfortable or not. Just do your work no any additional activities or perks for work and family life.

I got additional responsibilities from other's departments. And I have to perform for both places without any additional training or remuneration. And always pressure for deadlines.
