I used to work for it when it was SuprDaily and it was an awesome place to work. They provide us laptop to our home when the lockdown was announced. Unlike other bpos, they had support staffs who were in charge of supporting employees during a difficult call or chat. The TLs were a bit strict but still better than some other BPOs I have worked for. Overall it was a good experience until they decided to transition their customer service dept to Kolkata based fusion bpo service, in the name of cost cutting. The management of Fusion was the worst ever. Don't know why SuprDaily decided to trust these guys for handling their customer support staff. There was no limit placed on the volume of chats an employee received. I used to login and boom! 20chats used to drop in my chat bucket and I was responsible to answer all of them while maintaining my FRT and AHT. Fusion team leaders had no sense of understanding they were mindlessly highlighting numbers when even they knew that it was near impossible to maintain them. Enough of my rant though. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. This is the first company where the people will make you feel like family.

I don't like the time when they threw the genuine employees to the kind of company where the management is not sure what they are doing. Specially it happens at the time of the appraisal.

The job is quite interesting! I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Worst ever company. You have to give your 8 hours and you will get the salary for 2 months just 3000 to 4000. There is a company policy which is that you get 7500 in first Month if you you didn't qualify the certification then you will get 3000 to 3500 maximum some employees got 1600 only . They are delaying the certification period so that the will pay you minimum salary for their benefits . Cheapest company ever....Read More

there are some people who will not support to the team and they doesn't know their roll and responsibility's waste of paying high package for them first identify them and clean up from the organization so team will happy to work with very good supportive management

Job security became below average because management announced suddenly to close our vertical of operations in chennai since we are working hard to achieve the number of orders in pandemic situations ,lots of struggles and challenges to operate in curfew hence everything fall in vain !
