Working environment is good, but due to few high management people, it's spoiled. Company policies are just on paper. Company management is purely bias.

Job security became below average because management announced suddenly to close our vertical of operations in chennai since we are working hard to achieve the number of orders in pandemic situations ,lots of struggles and challenges to operate in curfew hence everything fall in vain !
