As this is a Small Company with employee strength of 200 you can get to know about each and every employee. You can go to any employee, be it any manager or architects they will treat you very politely. Appraisals are really good if you have a big project in hand.

Dislikes

Cafeteria is too small. You won't get proper food of you are a bachelor.

There won't be much work pressure. You can express your thoughts and ideas. Each and every word from you will be taken into consideration to improve the standards of project.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
