Not possible here to maintain the life balance and every you need to spend 9 hour's every day inside the development area. Hr policy is not employees oriented and fresher also required to submit orignal document for internship.

The company is open to innvovation and readily adopts latest technologies. I love that I am a part of nixter. Senior support is very good over here.

Comensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work for 12 hours straight in a day.

- Micro Management - No discipline (management & employee) - Very unprofessional - Very bad HR policies. - If you are willing to leave the company you have to wait for your salary for around 4 months. - Management is getting involved in every micro things. - Most if the senior has resigned. - When you resign from the company they Don't want you to serve the notice period saying that they don't have enough funds for the employee who are not going to be with them for long term and ask you to leave the company within a week or so without paying the salary of notice period. - If your don't drink tea they don't serve anything else and you have to bear your own cost. - If you need to be late for some reason management ask you to pay the bill for your and your team.
