Nothing here anything to like, very bad hr policy and very bad political environment.

Here is top management are very none technical person so maintain of life balance is not easy.

Work Details

Not possible here to maintain the life balance and every you need to spend 9 hour's every day inside the development area. Hr policy is not employees oriented and fresher also required to submit orignal document for internship.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
