No job security. No promising projects. Laying off by sugarcoating their words. Exams after exams till you fail even if there are no projects, then laying off saying low performance without giving any oppurtunity to work on any projects.

I had a good career start from here. I did a couple of good projects and I had very good exposure to learning a lot. I had to participate in the entire solution lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging. I also ensured security and data protection, code reviews, testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality.
