If knew I wanted my career to breathe it's last here, I would have joined this company earlier. Join this company, if and only if you have one qualification - you are a telegu.

1. Racial profiling is rampant. 2. Only local people get promoted as majority of the mangers are locals of Hyderabad. 3. The entire HR team is filled with local people. Hence, employees who are locals of Hyderabad are always given preference. No one will listen to your complaints. 4. Bullying culture. Non - locals are bullied and made fun of on office floor by locals of Hyderabad. 5. You have to work from 9 am - 2 am and be at office on time. Saturdays, Sundays and even holidays you have to work. But this only applies to you if you are non - telegu. When I complained against the mental harrasment and ridicule, I was asked to leave. It was the middle of the month and I was told to declare that I am living on my own accord to look for better opportunities. That I should not talk about my experience, else I won't get a good recommendation and get the F&F done quickly. What's more? They will come after me. I was scared being a newbie and did exactly that. What happened next? It's been over 6 months. My F&F is yet to be cleared. Everything.nothing is good in here we were asked to give review on glassdoor and they have got paid reviews too..worst experience in my life..worst people in top management who don't know to run company..sitting in cabin and vaping is easy but making things work is difficult..even jio left them after knowing the harsh truth..the product has lot of bugs and doesn't work when needed.zero learning

Management and leadership is worst in class. CEO and Business head loves to talk to their favorites only. This is local Hyderabadi company, difficult to work for other state professionals. Business language is Telgu even HR speaks Telgu. There are some good HR folks who wants to change the culture and standards, but old employees including HR pissed off every thing in dirty politics.
