Likes

Working with Innostax provided me Learning & Development and Career growth opportunities. Also, the team is very supportive. I love the fact that the company has a long & clear vision and has a global client base.

Dislikes

As of now, i dont find any drawback or anything which i dont like about the company. They are always ready to accept the change & challenges.

Work Details

I am responsible for the internal recruitment, onboarding, Exit formalities, Payroll, Employee engagement, Grievance handling etc.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
