Due to abnormal work hours the work-life balance is disturbed, no space for innovation just do the said work, less number of holidays.

As of now , i am experienced employee but if i talk about fresher . Expectations is too much high from freshers it leads to unexpected termination. It means no job security. Zero work life balance . People do work here like majdoor . Almost they come to know some assignment is pending in night and it has to be completed same day itself . Poor planning , Poor management .
